From lab technicians to chemists, the Research & Development team includes more than 250 individuals that support various job functions such as formulation, data collection, application testing, colour matching, polymer design and product development.
Team members span across two state-of-the-art laboratories in the U.S. and Pune, India, and collaborate with many other departments including sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations to create and launch new products.

Our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers are the lifeline to maintaining product production and delivery. Roles include filling, milling and equipment operators, maintenance mechanics, and quality control. Team members operate state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment in a highly productive team environment. In 16 facilities across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, Operations team members are committed to high-performance standards that optimize processes, maintain quality control, and maximize product fulfillment.
