Creating opportunities for growth
The Behr Experience internship program provides undergraduate students with hands-on learning experiences and opportunities to work on projects linked to the company’s strategic business goals. Interns take a deep dive into understanding Behr Paint Company’s business processes and learn how to collaborate in a high-performing team environment during an 8-week program.
Activities include roundtable discussions with executive leadership, and training and development opportunities for personal and professional growth. Each intern is supported by their manager, a peer mentor, their department leader, and an intern program advisor to ensure their experience is a success.

Eligibility Criteria:
Must be an undergrad college student attending an accredited four-year institution.
Must be eligible to work in the United States (no Student Visa Sponsorships).
Must be able to attend internship in person at our Santa Ana, CA location.
